Deirdre Frost

Deirdre Frost is a visual artist based in the Backwater Artist Studios, Cork. She completed a BA (Hons) in Fine Art at the Crawford College of Art & Design Cork in 2020. In 2021, she had solo exhibitions in The Lavit Gallery, Joan Clancy Gallery, Studio 12 Backwater Artist Studios, and in St Luke’s Crypt with Sample Studios. Frost’s work was included in the Butler Gallery group exhibition ‘Generation 2022: New Irish Painting’. Deirdre Frost’s practice is an investigation into the physicality of being in an urban environment and how nature and the natural world is perceived through this lens.
