Deirdre Breen (b. 1986) Barrio

Barrio takes inspiration from urban landscapes exploring the shapes and contrasts made by light and colour. Inspired by buildings and spaces, Barrio uses perspective and bold geometricblocks of colour to depict architectural urban scenes. Light and shadows cast from architectural features are explored through colour and graphic motifs.
