Tom Climent (b. 1970)

Tom Climent lives and works in Cork. He is a graduate of the Crawford College of Art and Design where he received a B.A in 1995 and a Masters by Research in 2011. His approach to painting is largely intuitive - a process of discovery, that constantly re-evaluates marks, shapes and colours within the pictorial composition. The artist has exhibited in solo and group shows in Ireland and abroad, and he has been honoured with many national awards and bursaries throughout his thirty year career. He is represented by Solomon Fine Art, Ireland.
