Foyer Display: Together in Practice
As part of the Cork Lifelong Learning Festival, join us in celebrating the work of our Tuesday Art Group in our foyer exhibition space.
Together in Practice is an exhibition of artworks created by the Glucksman’s Tuesday Art Group. The Tuesday Art Group is a group of women supported by Good Shepherd Cork who attend weekly art classes at the museum. Working under the guidance of artist Viktoriia Kondratieva, the group has learned techniques to master mediums such as paint, print, and ceramics, as well as a variety of crafts.
Presented as part of the Cork Lifelong Learning Festival, the exhibition brings together a selection of artworks created over the past nine months and highlights the creativity, skill, and imagination of the group.
The Tuesday Art Group has run on a weekly basis since early 2020 and is supported by The Arts Council of Ireland and private philanthropy through Cork University Foundation.
