The Museum at Your Pace: Sensory-Friendly Mornings at the Glucksman
The Glucksman's sensory-friendly mornings are designed to offer a more comfortable experience for neurodivergent visitors, people with sensory differences or disabilities, or anyone who would benefit from a calm and quiet environment.
The Glucksman's sensory-friendly mornings are designed to offer a more comfortable experience for neurodivergent visitors, people with sensory differences or disabilities, or anyone who would benefit from a calm and quiet environment. This season, our sensory-friendly mornings will focus on the exhibition Domain of the Dinosaurs, and will include reduced crowds, softer lighting, and a quieter space.
These sessions will include access to sensory kits (ear defenders and fidget toys), visual guides, and trained staff, allowing everyone to enjoy exhibitions at their own pace in a more comfortable setting. Visitors are welcome to bring their own sensory items to support their visit.
Our Sensory-Friendly Mornings will take place on the following dates and times:
Saturday January 17 10am-11am - Book here
Saturday February 14 10am-11am - Book here
