National Drawing Day at the Glucksman
Join us at the Glucksman to celebrate National Drawing Day by picking up a pencil and getting creative with our free classes!
National Drawing Day is an annual celebration of drawing and creativity which is an initiative of the National Gallery of Ireland and is co-hosted by dozens of partner venues around the island of Ireland
10am - 11am, Saturday 16th May
Join us this National Drawing Day for our See It, Sketch It! class, which focuses on the fundamentals of drawing. Children aged 10–13 years will be guided through a number of drawing activities that explore tone, texture, and line. Led by an experienced art facilitator, the class will take place in Gallery 1, where participants will take inspiration from artworks in the UCC Art Collection. All materials will be provided.
