The Glucksman is staffed by a dedicated team of people who are passionate about enabling the exploration, understanding and enjoyment of art for all ages and abilities.
The Glucksman is supported by the expertise and generosity of a skills-based Board of Directors. The executive team below are responsible for the leadership of the gallery in its curatorial, educational and operational activities.

Director
Fiona Kearney is the founding Director of the Glucksman and in this role has curated exhibitions in Ireland and internationally, with particular emphasis on how contemporary art practice relates to research directions within academic contexts.

Senior Curator
Tadhg Crowley is Senior Curator and in this role he has devised and delivered numerous projects that enable diverse communities to engage with contemporary art. He is responsible for the Glucksman's engagement programmes, and oversees the delivery of education activities for all ages and abilities.

Albers Curator of Collections + Public Engagement
Meadhbh Healy is Albers Curator of Collections + Public Engagement, a role established with generous support from the Josef & Anni Albers Foundation. She is responsible for the care and development of the University Art Collection and coordinates the Glucksman's nationwide Art Library initiative.

Curator of Exhibitions + Projects
Katie O'Grady is the Curator of Exhibitions + Projects and is responsible for the management of the Glucksman's curatorial programmes and artist projects.
Administrator
Damian Jones is the Administrator and Personal Assistant to the Director. He is responsible for the Director's office, financial services and is the gallery liaison with UCC administrative departments.
