The Glucksman's Classroom Museum initiative went to Cloughduv NS in mid-Cork in Autumn 2020.

Selected artworks from artist Garrett Phelan's Hide Suite series were loaned to the national school and hung inside the classroom of 5th and 6th class students. The children then undertook a creative project that allowed them to learn about contemporary art practices while exploring their local environment.

Under the guidance of our Senior Curator Tadhg Crowley and Cloughduv teacher Mr. O'Callaghan, the students engaged in drawing, research and writing exercises before creating their own handmade zines and collages.

The Classroom Museum at Clougduv National School is supported by Cork County Council and Creative Ireland.
