Primary Teachers CPD

Learning through Creativity enables primary teachers to consider how an engagement with visual art can enhance learning in other strands of the curriculum. The course has been designed in collaboration with The Big Friendly Guide to the EU and participants will learn creative approaches to enhance their students skills and learning while addressing the key aims and values of the European Union. Working with curators and professional artists, the course will cover printmaking, painting, drawing, sculpture and collage and will introduce teachers to artworks, artists and art appreciation exercises. Participants of this course will be eligible for EPV days.
