Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, Glasgow.

Best performance?
Cillian Murphy in Misterman.

What is your most treasured possession?
My memories - I don't feel strongly attached to physical possessions.

What work(s) of art inspire you?
Any piece by Rothko - preferably enjoyed in a quiet place.

A lightbulb moment?
The sudden realisation that planning makes life far less stressful - after 41 years of relative chaos.

Guilty pleasure?
Playing inane sports games on my phone to distract my mind.

What would you like to be doing right now?
Walking along The Southbank in the sunshine laughing with family and friends.
